COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SURREY POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER
In accordance with the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2012 and the Panel’s agreed complaints protocol, the Complaints Sub-Committee is asked to seek the informal resolution of the attached complaint.

Minutes: The Complaints Sub-Committee received a complaint against the Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC). Having considered the original complaint, additional comments provided by the complainant and a statement from the PCC, the Sub-Committee unanimously agreed to not uphold the complaint and that the PCC’s conduct had been appropriate.
RESOLVED: That a letter be sent to the Complainant, setting out the findings of the Complaints Sub-Committee. |
