Purpose:

A Procurement Report was previously approved for the award of Facilities Management Consultancy Services for Gardiner & Theobald LLP. Further approval is required for additional consultancy work to be undertaken under the contract to the value of £53,166 which increases the total contract value to £545,946.

Decision:

It was AGREED that:

 

1.           The contract with Gardiner & Theobald LLP can be increased in value to cover the additional services as detailed above.
