Senior Appointment of Joint Executive Director Public Sector Reform
The People, Performance and Development Committee is asked to proceed with interviewing for the post of Joint Executive Director Public Sector Reform.
The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Committee. The Committee will then discuss and, if appropriate appoint to the role of Joint Executive Director Public Sector Reform. This recommendation is subject to the notification of every Member of the Cabinet of the proposed appointment and their right of objection specified in the notification. Key points raised during the discussion:
1. The People, Performance and Development Committee conducted final interviews for the role of Joint Executive Director – Public Services Reform at Surrey County Council. During the interview, the candidates responded to a number of set questions asked by the Committee. 2. Following the end of the presentation and interview, Members discussed the performance of the candidates in detail and agreed that Rachel Crossley demonstrated the skills and experience necessary to be Joint Executive Director – Public Services Reform.
