Annual Workforce Report 2024/25 Financial Year

Annual Statement of Settlement Agreement Costs
To report to the People, Performance and Development Committee the annual statement for employees of Surrey County Council who have left the organisation through settlement agreements during the last complete financial year 1 April 2024 to 30 March 2025.
This report is being brought to the Committee in accordance with the council’s Scheme of Delegation. |

Agency and Interim Spend 2024/25 Financial Year
People and Change reports monthly on the percentage of agency spend within the total staffing pay bill, as part of the regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
This report provides a more detailed analysis of the agency and interim spend for the 2024/25 financial year. |

Workforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Update
The purpose of this report is to update the committee on the progress made against the workforce elements of the 2024/25 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) action plan, and the proposed actions for 2025/26. |
