    This report provides summary details of total balances at Surrey County Council maintained schools and seeks Cabinet Member approval where schools are projecting deficits in excess of 5% of their budget share. One school requires this approval in 2019/20.

    Decision:

    The following recommendations were agreed:

     

    1.    The level of balances held by Surrey maintained schools was noted.

    2.    A licensed deficit was approved for Wey House School.
