RECRUITMENT OF FOSTER CARERS: UPDATE ON THE ESSEX REVIEW RECOMMENDATION AND PLAN RECRUITMENT OF FOSTER CARERS
As part of Surrey’s Fostering sufficiency work, the Fostering Service have been asked to provide an updating report on the recruitment of foster carers within the county and also an update following the Essex review which was conducted in November 2021.
This report is for information and awareness of the current situation in respect of Surrey’s in-house fostering service, i.e. foster carers approved by Surrey Children’s Service (see Annexes 1-3).
