EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC

    Recommendation: That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the relevant paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Property Disposal

Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Property and Waste:

 

1. Formally declared the asset surplus to operational use and requirements

under the Council’s constitution (Article 6 Part 2).

 

2. Approved the sale of 15 Lovell Road, Ham, Richmond.

 

3. Delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Land and

Property to finalise best value terms.

Property Disposal

    The Cabinet Member to consider a report for a property disposal.

     

    Decision:

    The Cabinet Member:

     

    1. Formally declared the asset surplus to operational use and requirements under the

    Council’s constitution (Article 6 Part 2).

     

    2. Approved the sale of the former fire station building and associated land at Elm

    Grove, Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames KT12 1LH to Elmbridge Borough Council.

     

    3. Formally declared the asset surplus to operational use and requirements under the

    Council’s constitution (Article 6 Part 2).

     

    4. Delegates authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Land and Property to finalise the transaction.
