Self Employed Music Teacher, Examiner & Musician, including regular work for: Reigate Grammar School, Reigate Road, Reigate, Surrey RH20QS; and for The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, 4 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU, which includes examining in Surrey schools and other Surrey venues; and for Gad's Hill School (in Kent) and Cranbrook Choral Society (in Kent).
2. Any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the council) made to a Councillor during the previous 12-month period for expenses incurred by him/her in carrying out his/her duties as a Councillor, or towards his/her election expenses. This includes any payment or financial benefit from a trade union within the meaning of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
