Old Malden Lane runs from Worcester Park Road to the boundary
with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and, soon after, the
speed limit reduces from 30 mph to 20 mph. For much of the road
there is no footway and pedestrians share the highway with
vehicles. 100 new houses are to be built on Old Malden Lane. A
recent crash in April 2021 at the junction of Old Malden Lane and
Barrow Hill resulted in injuries to a cyclist.'
