Questions for Councillors would like Surrey County Council to review the state of the roads in Merstham, including potholes and road markings, for example, the roundabouts and the zebra crossing under the bridge (on the start of Bletchingley road) desperately needs addressing. There is a health and safety risk to road users and pedestrians if these markings are not restored.
Residents have reported these issues online and have been told the roads/markings are acceptable when they're clearly not fit for purpose. We would like Surrey County Council to share their findings and justify their reasons.
