There have been many issues with the Hanworth Lane road surface which has caused many motorists to have damages on their vehicles along with the ever increasing amount of Potholes and the severity of them has nearly made the road inaccessible for workers and residents in the area and especially for Learner drivers at the nearby centre which are often inexperienced with maneuvering around them.

There have also been several Potholes around both roundabouts nearby along with worsening of the overall road conditions along the Guildford road causing many motorists needing to swerve to avoid damages or get very close to potential collisions.
