The resent trend in reducing the speed limits on these once
vital assets has led to reduced volumes of traffic and caused
motorists to divert to the alternative routes our A roads were
designed to protect.
The counsel is called upon to install the appropriate central
reservations called up by changes in legislation to bring our once
effective A roads up to current standards.
The counsel is called upon to return the management of these vital
assets to qualified Civil Engineers.
