I, Paul Watton, a resident in Mitcham Road, of the Old Dean for many years, would like to propose that all the road speeds within the Old Dean area, are changed to a maximum speed of 20mph. We, the undersigned, would like this to be enacted and the council to arrange for this to happen immediately. We want all of our residents and children to have safer roads, less pollution and co2 emissions in our community. There are also 5 schools within our community and we want motorists to slow down at all times.
