Cabinet are being asked to approve the implementation of this strategic, whole systems commissioning approach to the accommodation with care and support needs of adults with a mental health and/or substance misuse problem.
Cabinet are also being asked to approve the creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to secure provision of high quality, value for money services. Providers will be invited to join the DPS, approved suppliers will received notifications through E-Brokerage for individual packages of care.
