Waste PFI Contract and Eco Park Facilities

 

 

Pursuant to Regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 , the Cabinet of Surrey County Council intends, to make a Key Decision on behalf of Surrey County Council about an amendment to its waste contract.

 

This decision will be dealt with under the General Exception rule as it has not had the required 28 days notice on the Forward Plan.  The Chairman of the Communities, Environment and Highways Select Committee has been notified of the intention to make this decision.
