The Committee in Common is asked to approve the following documents in order to launch tender for the new Surrey Children’s Emotional Wellbeing Service:


  • Volume 1 - The Memorandum of Information (MOI) (Instructions to Bidders)
  • Volume 2 - The Response templates (including the admin compliance, the due diligence questionnaire, evaluation questions and the Financial Modelling Template)
  • Volume 3 - The Service Specifications
  • Volume 4 - The populated draft NHS Standard Contract
