Receive a formal update on the Surrey Flood alleviation Scheme including the River Thames Scheme (RTS) and understand the key milestones.
To agree the arrangements for how the RTS Development Consent Order is progressed.
To approve the collaboration legal agreement with Environment Agency for the RTS which will include the governance arrangements and how financial risk will be shared.
