Formal Responses to Government papers or other consultations - Reforming our Fire and Rescue Service

Surrey Fire and Rescue Service is responding to the Reforming Our Fire and Rescue Service White Paper consultation:

 

The White Paper and consultation covers a package of proposal for the reform of fire and rescue services in England. The proposals cover three principal areas of the reform vision: People, Professionalism and Governance.

 

The consultation consists of 48 questions in total of which 16 are free text responses and the rest are ‘check boxes’ with response options ranging from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree.

 

Full consultation response provided for approval. Further response submitted separately by the Fire and Rescue Authority.

 

Consultation ends on the 26 July 2022; submissions are required no later than this date at 11:59pm.
