That the Committee in Common,
· agree the proposed recommendations to support the implementation and mobilisation of the new all age Surrey Mental Health Investment Fund.
· note the criteria, principles and monitoring and oversight and scrutiny of the new Mental Health Investment Fund.
· note and agree, the proposed legal advises for the matched funding award arrangements.
· agree the transfer of executive responsibility of the Mental Health Investment Fund to the Joint Executive Director for Public Service Reform, to include sufficient resources for future management, governance, assurance monitoring and administration of the Mental Health Investment Fund in the PSR directorate.
