SEND Capital Programme 2023/24 Delivery Tranche

This report is seeking Cabinet agreement to use £100.2m from the approved Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) capital budget of £202m for twenty SEND Capital Programme projects. Locations, costs and viability have all been confirmed for each of the twenty projects and will create approximately 700 additional state-maintained specialist school places in Surrey from September 2023 onwards.
