That Cabinet approves to proceed with the design and construction of three Extra Care Housing schemes in Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede and Tandridge. The schemes will provide much-needed affordable living options for older people in Surrey, supporting them to remain in their communities. The three schemes will deliver a total of approximately 219 accommodation units, taking Surrey County Council closer to achieving its target of 725 affordable Extra Care Housing units by 2030.
