1) Agree that the current part night lighting scheme is amended to 30% dimming levels between 1am and 5am (or sunrise)
2) Delegate to the Director of Highways and Transportation, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Community Resilience, authority to further amend the operation of highway street lighting times and lighting levels following any engagement feedback or technological advancement.
