Issue details

That Cabinet agrees the following;

• SEN Centre - For Surrey County Council to cease funding the SEN centre and not place any pupils there. The centre will transfer as part of the academy conversion and be utilised in future as school standards improve
• Infant site and Nursery Provision - For Cranleigh CofE Primary School to revert control of the Infant School site to Surrey County Council and continue to function on the one site as they have since the pandemic.
• For the nursery currently on the infant school site, Acorn Nursery School, to remain on the infant school site and utilise the reception building constructed using PSPB2 funding from the Department of Education in 2022.
• Buildings and Maintenance - For Surrey County to fund works to enable the junior school building to be transferred to the academy trust in a suitable state.
