In relation to the Local Prevention Framework:

(i) to approve NEET prevention priorities for Epsom and Ewell, based on the Youth Task Group recommendations from the local needs assessment

(ii) to set the proportion of spend on Neighbourhood Prevention and Personal Prevention for young people , in accordance with the allocated borough or district budget

1.         That the allocation of £8,500 to Personalised Prevention be approved

2.        That the local needs specification as set out in Annex A of the submitted report, be considered by providers focusing on the identified needs of Epsom & Ewell and the geographical neighbourhoods prioritised by the Youth Task Group be approved.
