Purpose:
Surrey County Council requires a modern and centralised cloud based low code integration platform (iPaaS) to create interfaces and facilitate effective data management. To this end, the Boomi platform was acquired as a result of a comprehensive procurement exercise in 2019 and is one of the fundamental digital capabilities implemented by the Digital Programme. The Boomi platform comprises Integration, Master Data Management and Low-code Application Development. This procurement concerns to on-going use of this platform to meet the Council’s ambitions.
Following a technical review and commercial options, IT&D would like to award the contract to Dell Corporation for Boomi software through the NHS Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Framework.
Decision:
It was AGREED that:
1. A contract is awarded to Dell Corporation under the NHS Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Framework Reference SBS/19/AB/WAB/9411
Reasons for the decision:
The Supplier provides the most suitable product for the best price. Further details about the procurement process are included in the Procurement Report.
