Purpose:
The Council proposes to carry out Gym Works, including ,Removal of Asbestos Deck, Installation of Replacement Deck and Felt Roof System at Oakwood School, Horley, RH6 9AE
The mini-competition exercise under the Fabric and MEP Framework was assessed on price and quality in these proportions: 60% Price, 40% Quality. These weightings were selected as Price was deemed as having the greatest importance to assess Bidders’ mini-competition responses to enable the Council to achieve the required outcome from the tender exercise.
Decision:
It was AGREED that the Contract be awarded to Management and Construction Services at a value of £697,389.08 representing the overall best value for money.
