Purpose:

To approve award of the contract for the Holmesdale Infant School expansion project to the successful contractor resulting from a stand-alone competitive tender.

 

To approve that the authority to award future construction contracts, above £500,000 in value, where a competitive tender procedure has been followed through the BuildSurrey portal, be delegated to the Chief Property Officer in consultation with the Head of Procurement, Cabinet Member for Assets and Regeneration Programmes and Section 151 Officer.

It was AGREED that following a competitive tender exercise contract be awarded for main construction works at St Alban’s Primary School to the contractor identified in paragraph 2 of the Contract Award Report.
