Following a compliant Restricted Procedure in line with the requirements of The Concession Contract Regulations 2016, one contractor shall be appointed to deliver the above-named contract.

It was AGREED that:
Approval to procure a concession contract for an E-bike Hire Scheme in Guildford was granted as part of the Annual Procurement Forward Plan by Cabinet in December 2022 – Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Environment, Infrastructure and Growth.
Reasons for the decision:
The award of the contract will allow the Council to promote sustainable transport, reduce car usage and congestion and aid clean air corridors.
The procurement route followed is compliant with The Concession Contract Regulations 2016.
