Purpose:

In line with Surrey County Council’s policy on the adoption of new roads, the Cabinet Member is requested to give authority to enter into section 38 agreements to adopt specified new roads

Decision:

That under the Scheme of Delegation, and in line with Surrey County Council’s current policy, the adoption of a new link road between Merland Rise and Cuddington Close to become publicly maintainable highway as set out in Annex 1 of the submitted report be approved.
