  1. Formally declared the asset surplus to operational requirements.

 

  1. Approves the sale of Lilac Cottage, Norbury Park, Mickleham RH5.

 

  1. Notes the sale is conditional upon the simultaneous surrender of the headlease held over the asset by Halsey Garton Residential Ltd (HGR).

 

  1. Delegates authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Land and Property to finalise the transaction.
