Decision:
The Cabinet Member for Adults approved the award of a three year contract to Surrey Independent Living Council (SILC) for the provision of two services; Direct Payments Peer Support and Personal Assistant Support Service, and Carers One Off Direct Payments Support; in accordance with the financial details outlined in the Part 2 Report. The contract will commence on 1 September 2017.
