This report seeks the approval of Joint Committee members to the Parking Task Group and Resident Engagement Task Group.

The Joint Committee (Runnymede) agreed:

 

The membership of the task groups, as detailed at paragraphs 2.1 to 2.3 and Appendix 1 of this report.

 

Reasons for Recommendation

The report proposes joint committee task group membership for the forthcoming year to enable the provision of informed advice and recommendations to the committee.

Member Discussion – key points:
