Pay and Reward Strategy
This report sets out a proposed amendment to the formal offer for the Pay and Reward Strategy to be made to trade unions as part of Surrey County Council’s collective bargaining process agreed by the People, Performance and Development Committee at its meeting on 19 May 2016.
