    The purpose of this report is to provide an update on the Basingstoke Canal Authority partnership and to present the 2023/24 final outturn, the 2024/25 revised budget, the 2025/26 forward budget and scheme of charges for approval. The Canal is managed in partnership with Hampshire County Council who own the section of the Canal within Hampshire.
