Exclusion of the Public
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information under the relevant paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Spelthorne Short Stay School (SSS)
To approve the business case for the relocation of Spelthorne Short Stay School (SSS) from the Sycamore Centre, Epsom to Stanwell New Road, Staines (formerly Riverbridge Primary Infant base). The Sycamore Centre has serious building defects and continues to deteriorate to the point that it is now in an uneconomic state of repair. In addition, the new school location will have the benefit of being sited within the immediate locality of the pupils it serves.

Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) Decision:
· That the business case for the project to convert Stanwell New Road to Spelthorne SSS at a total cost, as set out in the submitted report, be approved
· Approves the arrangements by which a variation of up to 10% of the total value may be agreed by the Strategic Director for Business Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Schools and Learning, the Cabinet Member for Business Services and the Leader of the Council be approved
