    RESOLVED:

     

    1. That the Strategic Investment Board approves the sale of the asset at the agreed price of [E-08-22] to take place by 1 April 2022.

     

    1. That the Strategic Investment Board notes that the price reflects a premium return to Surrey County Council due to the Purchasers not fulfilling all the obligations required under the Option Agreement.
