Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Partnership Committee

The Integrated Care Partnership Committee (known as the ICP) brings together a broad alliance of partners, including health, local government, the community, voluntary and social enterprise sector to build shared strategies and align their ambitions.

The committee is responsible for producing an integrated care strategy on how to meet the health and wellbeing needs of the local population, promoting partnerships that will champion improvements in the health and wellbeing and socioeconomic conditions of residents.
