3 Unitary Authorities
We the undersigned petition Surrey County Council to Promote the devolution of Surrey CC and the relevant borough councils, into 3 unitary authorities and not 2 since this is the majority recommendation by the borough councils.
We feel that Surrey CC should base the proposal to HM Government
regarding devolution on the majority support of 3 unitary
authorities and should show full consultative and consideration
before submission in May 2025.
Since the residents will not have a democratic vote on any
proposals this petition is to give us, the residents, a voice.
