1. Endorse the approach being taken to health and social care integration across Surrey through the Better Care Fund plan and ask the Strategic Directors of Adult Social Care and Children, Schools and Families, and the Assistant Chief Executive (in consultation with the Cabinet Members for Adult Social Care, Children and Families and Public Health and Health & Wellbeing Board, to continue discussions with each Clinical Commissioning Group; and
2. Note that specific proposals for the integration of health and social care with each of the six Clinical Commissioning Groups will be presented to the Cabinet for approval when they are fully developed.
