The owners of Pound Farm, Old Lane, Martyrs Green have requested the County Council to apply to the Magistrates Court for an order to be made removing (stopping up) the highway rights over a piece of land adjacent to their property. The Cabinet Member is asked to decide whether an application for a stopping up order should be made.
