To seek approval from the Cabinet Member for Schools, Skills and Educational Achievement for capital investment in accommodation at the Old Fire Station, Elm Grove, Walton-on-Thames and at Molesey Youth Centre to set up childcare and early education provision on both sites so that two, three and four year old children can access their free early education entitlement and to meet the shortfall in childcare places in this part of Elmbridge.
