To review the summary of the consultation process to amalgamate the two schools into one primary school through the closure of Send C of E First School (Foundation) and a prescribed alteration to alter the lower age limit of St Bede’s C of E Junior (Aided) School; and on that basis, determine whether to ratify the decision made by the governing body from Surrey County Council’s perspective.
