To seek approval for local contributions for the addendum to the third tranche of schemes, for the 2016/17 Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) programme of EM3 and C2C LEPs. The Business Cases are due for submission during the autumn and winter of 2016/17.

Approval is sought for County Council Economic Fund contribution of approximately £1.381m, for these schemes.

Local highways/project horizon, partner contribution and S106 developer contributions are currently £2.3728m, which could increase, as discussions are still in progress with partners.  Detailed design of these schemes could commence during Q4 of 2016/17.

The four projects are as follows:

·         A30 London Road Camberley (EM3 LEP)
