Re-commissioning Short Breaks for Disabled Children

To seek approval for a revision to the deadline for re-commissioning short breaks for disabled children and young people in Surrey to 1 April 2018 and an associated agreement to extend the contract with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) to provide overnight residential short breaks at Beeches to 31 March 2018. This will enable greater collaboration with children, young people and families, and allows adequate time for a three month period of public consultation with those directly affected by any change to the offer following the proposed procurement process.
