Surrey County Council offer a financial contribution to residents to assist with replacing the self-closing airbricks fitted with grant funding form the Repair and Renew Grant, where their property is within 250 meters of a current or historic fill site. It is proposed that £65 per airbrick is provided to enable, at the resident’s discretion, either direct replacement with a standard airbrick of an alternative flood prevention product.
