To approve the business case for the expansion of Epsom & Ewell High School. The school currently operates as an 8 Form of Entry 1200 places (240 PAN) secondary school aged 11 – 16. The expansion will increase the school to a 10 Form of Entry 1500 places (300 PAN) secondary for pupils aged 11 – 16 to meet the demand for an additional 300 secondary places in the Epsom and Ewell by August 2018.
