The County Council is playing an important role in the three NHS Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) across Surrey. The Surrey Heartlands STP represents approx. 75% of Surrey covering the areas of Guildford & Waverley, North West Surrey and Surrey Downs.
The STP is now in the implementation phase - this report provides an update on progress and where appropriate, will ask the Cabinet for authority to proceed on specific aspects of the plan.
