To review the summary of the consultation process to amalgamate the two schools into one special school through the closure of Starhurst (Community Special) and a prescribed alteration to extend the premises and increase the pupil number of Chart Wood (Community special), reducing residential places to 24 and moving to a new site; and on that basis, determine whether to ratify the decision made by the Cabinet Member in June 2016.
