To review and sign off the Children Schools and Families Plan 2017-22. This commissioning plan provides an overall strategic framework for Children, Schools and Families (CSF) as the council continues on a journey of improvement.
It sets out how CSF will deliver on three specific areas of our medium term financial plan (MTFP): Demand reduction (social care), market management and the delivery of a new operating model for Early Help. Other service developments will be required to deliver the MTFP.
