Engagement with the District and Borough Councils’ early help networks took place via two workshops in each District and Borough from November 2016.

Early Help Advisory Groups have been established in each District and Borough to oversee the local implementation of the new model.

A multi-agency programme board has been established. This Board is chaired by the Cabinet Member for Children and has membership representation from across the partnership.

Internal SCC staff in Family Services will be engaged with over June about internal changes over the next year.
